Self-paced and flexible immediately came to mind when I thought about online teaching and learning.
Online teaching and learning are self-paced and flexible education that utilizes media and technology for the benefit of teachers and students.
Since COVID-19, my idea of online teaching and learning has become more of a concern for students with learning disabilities being left behind in the chaos of teachers, who have never taught online, switching their curriculum from traditional or blended to online.
It’s a stressful time for teachers and students alike, but I believe that through these chaotic moments online teaching and learning will blossom into something that has more attention, respect, and creativity. I hope to be a part of that future.
